J•Factory CrossFit involves constantly varied, high-intensity functional movements that mirror everyday activities such as squatting, pulling, pushing, etc. The workouts are safe, effective, always changing, and can be adjusted to challenge all participants. Workouts are so effective because of their emphasis on the elements of load, distance, and speed, which help participants develop high levels of power. Varied equipment is used to accomplish this including kettlebells, rowers, bikes, medicine balls, speed ropes, rings, and plyometric boxes.
